摘要
股票期权具有整合经营者与所有者利益的功能 ,但在现实中 ,其能否发挥作用受到诸多因素的制约。应该在股票期权的含义、作用分析的基础上 ,探讨我国目前实施股票期权制度存在的问题与困难 ,提出相应的解决思路。
Stock option can make an integration between the interest of the company managers and that of the shareholders. However, the result of the integration depends on many factors. Based on an analysis on the connotation of stock option and its function, this essay analyses the existing problems in establishing a stock option system in China and presents some corresponding solutions.
