摘要
应用计算机模拟技术研究了不同空气和煤气预热温度对陶瓷燃烧器燃烧过程的影响。通过研究发现不同的预热温度对燃烧火焰的长度影响显著 。
The effect of different air and gas temperatures of the ceramic burner on the process of combustion are studied by computer simulation. It is found that different preheating temperatures have great influence on the length of combustion flame. Gas preheating is favorable for mixing gas and air so that the flame is shortened, while air preheating is unfavorable for such mixture so that the flame is extended. The effect of gas preheating is superior to that of air preheating due to that gas flow is much larger than air flow. Arranging reasonable preheating temperature is an effective regulating means of operating hot blast stove.
