摘要
对单元熔窑燃烧空间内的流动、燃烧及辐射传热等过程进行数值模拟研究 ,比较燃烧器布置方式对火焰形状及传热过程的影响 ,结果表明 ,对于所研究的宽度为 3.2 m的窑炉 。
Unit furnace is one of the most high efficiency glass melting furnaces, which has the advantages of simple operating system, low capital expenditure, short build cycle and floor saving. Key technology for designing a unit furnace is how to arrange the burners. Two kinds of burner placement were investigated by simulation. The staggered burner placement method is better than the face-to-face burner placement method prevent hot spots in furnace crown and flame interference in combustion chamber, thereby it would achieve more uniform heating and optimize heat transfer. Compared with the hot air burner, it is found that the temperature of the oxygen-fuel burner flame is higher, but the flame is shorter due to its low momentum.
