正畸大鼠磨牙牙周膜内破骨细胞的出现与应力的关系 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :探讨正畸力作用下大鼠磨牙牙周膜内破骨细胞出现与应力的关系 ,寻找最佳正畸力。方法 :将大鼠磨牙近中移动两周 ,计数同一牙的五张牙周切片的破骨细胞总数 ,建立三维有限元模型 ,观察破骨细胞出现区的应力特点。结果 :40 g力值组破骨细胞总数明显高于 10 0 g力值组 ;78.2 %的破骨细胞出现在应力在牙齿移动方向上的分量 (S11)为± (2 0~ 2 6 )g/cm2 的等值应力线经过的牙周膜内。结论 :破骨细胞的出现与S11关系密切 ,当S11不超过毛细血管平均压力时破骨细胞较为活跃。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between stress and osteoclast in the periodontal under orthodontic force,and to look for the best orthodontic force.Methods:After the molars of rats have been moved for 2 weeks,the total number of osteoclast of five slices of the same tooth were counted,and the three dimensional finite element models were constructed.The distribution of the cells was compared with that of stress.Results:The total number of osteoclasts in the group with 100g force is less than that in the group with 40g force.The 78.2% osteoclast appeared in the periodontal where the component of stress in the direction of tooth movement (S 11 ) was ±(20~26)g/cm 2.Conclusions:There was a close correlation between osteoclast appearance and S 11 in orthodontic tooth movement.When S 11 did not exceeded the average pressure of capillary vessel,the osteoclast appeared more actively. [
