摘要
目的 测定正常青年人不同时间的静态和动态唾液总流率 ,了解唾液分泌规律。方法 测试 3 4例正常青年人 ,每个受试者均测定其一天内 6a.m .,9a.m .,1 2a.m .,3 p .m .,6p .m .,9p .m .6个时点的静态及动态混合唾液流率 (简称静态唾总、动态唾总 ) ,并分析其生理分泌规律。结果 ① 6个时点的静态唾总有高度显著性差异 ,动态唾总无显著性差异。②静、动态唾总有高度相关性 ,P <0 .0 1。③男性静态唾总明显高于女性 ,而动态唾总男女之间无差异。④静态唾总变异系数为 0 .56,动态唾总为 0 .3 4。结论 ①静态唾总有明显生理节律 ,动态唾总则无。②静、动态唾总有显著相关性。③静态唾总有性别差异 ,男性高于女性 ,动态唾总则无性别差异。④静态唾总变异系数大 ,稳定性差 ,动态唾总变异系数小 ,稳定性好。
Objective To investigate the characterization of circadian rhythms of the unstimulated whole saliva flow rates (UWSFR) and the paraffin-chewing-stimulated whole saliva flow rates (SWSFR) in health young adults.Methods UWSFR and SWSFR were determined in 34 health young adults at 6am,9am,12am,3pm,6pm,9pm respectively.For each individual,UWSFR was measured for 10 min,then SWSFR by chewing 5g medical paraffin was determined.Results ①Marked circadian rhythms was found in UWSFR while no significant circadian rhythms was found in SWSFR.②Significant correlation was found between UWSFR between males and females.③There was high significant difference in UWSFR between males and females while no significant difference in SWSFR between males and females.④CV value of RWSFR was 0.56,SWSFR 0.34.Conclusion ①There is significant circadian rhythms in UWSFR and there is no circadian rhythms in SWSFR.②There is high correlationship between UWSFR and SWSFR.③High significant difference was foundin UWSFR between males and females,UWSFR is higher in males than that in females.④CV value of UWSFR is bigger than that of SWSFR,SWSFR is relatively stable.
