An Analysis on the Factors Behind the Returns of Purchasing New Stocks

针对目前一级市场投资者的申购热情有增无减、一级市场继续呈加速发展之势的实际情况 ,有必要对影响新股申购收益的因素进行分析。影响新股申购的因素主要有发行量、发行价、发行市盈率、大盘指数、发行公司的行业属性、发行市场等。本文试图通过对这些因素及其与申购收益率之间关系的分析 ,揭示新股申购收益率的变化趋势或规律 ,以便给投资者在申购新股时提供一定的参考和借鉴。

The direct motive that investors buy new stock is to gain no-risk returns in the primary market. Therefore,the purchasing enthusiasm in the primary market has been increasing and the market is expanding dramaticauy,This paper analyzes the factors that influence the returns of buying the new stock, including, quantity of issuance,issuing price,the rate of market gains,grail index,industry property of company of issuance, market of issuance. By means of analyzing on these factors and the relations with the rate of returns, this dissertation trys to highlight the trends or laws of the rate of returns of purchasing new stock,in order to afford the new stock investors some useful references.
