摘要
研究了ZnO不同含量对ZnCr2 O4湿敏陶瓷线性度及LiCl、Al2 O3、CaCO3掺杂对湿阻特性的影响。实验表明 :过量的ZnO含量可改善湿敏陶瓷的线性度 ,Ca2 +的加入可提高湿敏陶瓷的机械强度 。
How the linear degree of ZnCr 2O 4 humidity-sensitive Ceramic is affected by different content of ZnO,and how the humidity resistance characteristics of the Ceramic are affected by the mixture of LiCl,Al 2O 3 and CaCO 3 are studied.The experimental results give the fact that moderate ratio of ZnO can improve humidity ceramic linearity and the doping of Ca 2+ can raise mechanical strength and drop down the sintering temperature.
