AquaTex整理工艺作为一种新的工艺 ,能使产品质量得以提高 ,节约了纱线和化学药品的费用 ,保护了生态环境。Aquatex工艺也可作为预处理工艺来缩短和改善整理工序。上浆和浆料的去除必须分开处理。对于Tencel/Lyocell织物 ,原纤化时间可缩短 。
The new AquaTex finishing process allows the product quality to be improved, costs for yarn and chemicals to be saved and environmental impacts to be reduced. The AquaTex process can also be used as a pre treatment stage to shorten and improve the finishing processes. Removal and preparation of size must be dealt with separately. In the case of Tencel/lyocell fabrics, fibrillation time can be reduced and reproducibility of the process can be better controlled.
