超临界CO_2萃取技术及其在生物资源开发利用中应用的最新进展(Ⅱ) 被引量:3

New Development on Supercritical Fluid Extraction Technology and Its Application in Bio-resource Use

摘要 本文较为系统地介绍了超临界流体萃取的特点、系统构成、设备研制概况,以及超临界CO2萃取技术在生物资源有效成份分离中的应用;归纳了超临界流体萃取技术的一些新进展,包括:溶媒的改变、超临界CO2萃取和其他分离操作的联用技术。联用技术使得超临界CO2萃取技术更能发挥了其独有的优势,这些联用技术包括:尿素包接预浓缩、吸附技术、溶剂萃取、离子交换技术、浓缩技术、离心技术、超滤技术、膜过滤等技术与超临界CO2萃取技术的联用。文章对超临界CO2萃取技术在我国的发展现状和前景进行了分析。 The paper introduced the characteristic,system constitutes and general situation of equipment manufacture of supercritical fluid extraction technology and its application in separation of effect components in bio_resource,and concluded some new development of supercritical fluid extraction technology,such as,change of solvent,combination use of supercritical CO2 extraction and other technologyCombination use technology can make supercritical CO2 extraction even more exert its advantageTechnologies of combination use with supercritical CO2 extraction included urea bundle concentration,adsorption technology,solvent extraction,ion exchange,centrifugal separation,ultra-filtre,membrane separation and so onThe paper analyzed development situation and foreground of supercriticalCO2 extraction in our county.
