摘要
基于香椿采集分散,集中贮藏加工的需要,研究了不同食盐浓度下盐渍贮藏的产酸和pH值的变化情况,建立了产酸动力学模型Y=ax~2+bx+c,并对二次项a、一次项b、常数项c与食盐浓度的关系进行了关联。产酸动力学模型和关联式具有较高的相关系数。
In view of Chinese Toon's scatteringly gather and the need of concentrating processing, we study the variations of acid formed and pH value in the salinized store course under different salt concentrations and set up the forming acid synamics model:y = ax2 + bx+ c,and relate the relationship between quadratic a,linear b,constant c and salt concentrations.There is higher related coefficient between synamics model and related formula.
