摘要
论述了纳豆与人体保健关系 ,特别是其中的功能因子—纳豆激酶特点及溶栓功能 ,指出利用微生物生产溶栓酶将是未来发展方向。
The article studied the healthy relationships between man body and Natto,especially the funtional factor-nattokinase whose specialities and catalyzing fibrinlysis function,pointing out produce fibrinolytic enzyme with microorganism will be development diection in the future.
