摘要
以小麦麸皮为原料提取膳食纤维与脱脂乳混合 ,接入乳酸菌发酵。经调配、均质等工艺过程 ,制成一种新型的功能性乳酸发酵麦麸膳食纤维饮料 ,为麦麸的开发利用提供了一条有效途径。
The dictary fiber extracted from wheat bran was mixed with skimmed milk,and fremented by lactobacillus.After preparation and homogenization,a new type of functional beverage named the wheat bran-dietary beverage was made,so as to provide an effective way for development of wheat bran.
