枸杞有效成分分离及其对自由基的清除能力

Isolation of effect ingrident from Fructus Lyeii and its radical scavenging activity

枸杞水提取物及提纯的枸杞多糖对羟自由基清除能力进行评价，结果显示提纯的枸杞多糖（枸杞多糖浓度为１６．２２ｍｇ／ｍｌ）对羟自由基清除能力高于枸杞水提取物（枸杞多糖浓度为１６．２２ｍｇ／ｍｌ），并且二者的羟由自基清除能力略低于同浓度的Ｖｃ溶液。

The Hydroxyl radical scavenging activity of Fructus Lyeii water extrat and Fructus Lyeii polysaccharide extracted was evaluated in vitro. The results obstained showed the solution of Fructus Lyeii polysaccharide isolated(the concentration of Fructus Lyeii polysaccharide = 16. 22mg/ml) had the higher ability to scavenge hydro-radical than Fructus Lyeii water extract(the concentration of Fructus Lyeii polysaccharide = 16. 22mg/ml). their Hydroxyl radical scavenging activity were a litle lower than the solution of the same concen-tration Vc.
