结合目前检测标准 ,寻找一种测定皮革中六价铬含量的较好方法。在充氮气的条件下 ,用磷酸氢二钾缓冲溶液萃取六价铬 ,用分光光度法测萃取液中六价铬含量。该方法具有分析结果准确 。

On the basis of the current detection standards for Cr 6+ in leather, a good method of determining the Cr 6+ is developed. The Cr 6+ is extracted by dipotassium hydrogen phosphate buffer solution filled with introgen, and the Cr 6+ contained in the extrat liquor is determinated by spectrophotomic method.The accurate and stable data are abtained rapidly by using this method.
