摘要
采用不同的杀菌方法对鲜皮进行处理 ,而后真空包装保存 ,考察不同时间生皮的保存状态 ,目的在于寻找一种简便而清洁的原料皮保藏方法 ,代替传统的盐腌法 ,减少盐的污染。试验结果表明 :鲜皮经紫外线杀菌 ,喷适量防腐剂后真空包装 ,在温度约 2 5℃的环境下 ,可保存约 2 1天 。
After different bactericidal treatment,the green hide was vacuum preserved.The purpose of observing the preserving states of raw hide in different periods was to find a simple and clean raw hide preservation method, which would replace the traditional salting method and decrease the pollution of salt.The experiment results showed that, after ultraviolet bactericidal treatment, appropriate amount of antiseptic agent spraying, and vacuumized packing, it could be preserved for about 21 days under the circumstances with the temperature of 25℃. It indicated that the vacuum preservation for raw hide is feasible to some extent.
