摘要
利用紫外 -可见分光度法 ( UV- VIS)和红外光谱 ,对蓝皮屑和葡萄糖分别还原红矾制备铬鞣液进行了研究。研究发现 ,不同还原剂反应速率相差较大。在紫外区 2 56nm和 3 52 nm处有两个吸收谱带 ,短波吸收峰强度高于长波吸收峰强度 ;短波吸收峰消失 ,红矾转化率只达到 85%左右 ,而长波吸收峰消失 ,红矾反应基本完全。并发现两种铬鞣剂的组成和结构差别较大。
Using chromed shavings and glucose separately, the dichromates reduce, and chrome liquors are prepared. The chrome liquors are studied by means of the ultraviolet -visible spectrophoto-metry and infrared spectrum. The result shows that reaction rates of different reductants are distinct. There are two absorption bands in the ultraviolet region,at 256 nm and 352 nm, and the absorption of short wavelength is higher than that of long wavelength. The reaction rate of dichromate only reaches about 85%,when the absorption peak of short wavelength eliminates, and it is nearly about 100%, when that of long wavelength disappears. And the two kinds of chrome agents have different components and construction.
