采用新型流化床工艺处理制革废水 ,可取得较好的处理效果 ,COD去除率达 80 %以上 ,BOD去除率达86%以上 ,出水达到国家二级排放标准 GB8978- 1996。经对比研究可知 ,此法无论在处理效果还是在经济效益等方面均具有优势。

A new fluid bed was used for treating the wastewater from a certain tannery. The removal efficiency of COD and BOD are more than 80% and 86%,and the indexes of treated effluent conform to the state second grade discharge standards GB8978-1996. It was proved that this method is superior to any other biochemical treatment process in the aspects of treatment effect and economic benefit.
