研究了涤纶织物化学镀 Ni-Cu-P过程镀液中各组分、p H、温度对合金沉积速率的影响 ,确定了化学镀 Ni-Cu-P沉积反应的活化能、反应级数、速率常数以及动力学方程式 .

The variables that can affect the Ni Cu P alloy deposition rate on polyester fabric were studied in this paper.The activation energy and each reaction orders were determined,and the deposition rate equation was also derived.
