According to some technique from functional analysis,the author discusses the exact controllability with energy constraint for bounded linear systems defined over Hilbert spaces.A lot of interesting sufficient conditions or sufficient and necessary conditions are given for the description of this property,from which some special phenomenon in infinite dimensional linear systems (compared with finite dimensional systems) can be seen.
