According to the structural characteristic of the plastic part, the main structure design of the cavity core pulling injection mould with the inserted sheet metal is introduced in this paper. The key to the design is that the inserted sheet metal in the moving mould can accurately insert the slider in the fixed mould in the process of the closing mould.
