摘要
从理论上分析了 40Cr齿轮激光相变硬化时采用的扫描速度、入射角及偏置量等 .通过对试块硬化实验 ,确定了 40Cr齿轮相变硬化采用一次偏置、变加速扫描的工艺 .得到 1 .5mm均匀淬硬层 。
On the basis of the text reference blokes phase transformation hardened by laser,sweep velocity,inlet angle and deviation of 40Cr gear were analysed theoretically.Through the experiment ,it is proved that 40Cr gear technology is speeding sweep and one deviation.1.5mm hardening layer was obtained and it can completely meet the requirement.
