摘要
苏尔寿·埃雪维斯公司盐硝联产工艺装置 ,在运行过程中 ,硝系统闪发器结盐垢堵管 ,严重影响正常生产。本文从形成盐垢的现象、成因、机理进行了分析 ,并结合生产实际 ,提出了控制和防范措施。
Sulzer Escher Wyss NaCl/Na2SO4 evaporation plant on revolving pipe is blocked by scaling salt in the sulfate system's flash evaporator, it effects normal revolve.
