摘要
为研究提高烟丝在卷制过程中的抗造碎性能 ,人为设置了不同的烟丝水分进行卷制试验。通过跟踪测试 ,重点研究了含水率变化与卷制过程烟丝抗碎性的关系 ,同时分析了烟丝含水率变化对卷制时的卷烟单支重量、空头率、废品率等质量指标的变化规律 ,找出了不同等级烟丝的适宜卷制含水率 :一、二类卷烟为 12 .5 %~ 13% ;三、四类卷烟为 13%~ 13.5 %
The relationship of moisture content of cut tobacco with its degrading resistance property in cigarette making was studied. The changes of quality index such as cigarette weight, loose\|ends and defective product rate with moisture variation of cut tobacco were also analyzed. The result showed that suitable moisture contents of cut tobacco in cigarette making were 12.5%~13.0% for premium cigarettes and 13.0%~13.5% for low price cigarettes.
