摘要 阐述了毒性物质的种类及膳食营养对毒性物质的影响,并从预防和保健角度对排毒食品作了简单的介绍。 People are confronted with the probem-our health is being affected by poisons. This article summarized variety of poisons, influence pf dietary nutrition on poisons, and chiefiy introduced innerpurer food from angles of prevention and health.
