摘要
针对矿用蓄电池充电装置常规充电方法存在的缺陷 ,提出了基于模糊控制思想的充电电流控制方案。并应用智慧型功率器件IPM斩波作为主电路、 87198单片机系统作为控制电路研制了模糊控制轻型智能充电装置 ,给出了软硬件设计和完善的抗干扰措施。该装置优越的性能大大地提高了蓄电池的充电效率、延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。
Base on the existing disadvantages of the conventional charging method for the mine battery charging device, the paper provided a charging current control plan with a fuzzy control ideal. A fuzzy control light weight intelligent power charging device was development with a intelligent power part IPM chop wave as a main circuit and a 87198 computer system as a controlled circuit. The device has a hardware design and improved anti interference measures. The excellent performances of the device has highly improved the charging efficiency and life time of the battery.
