立井井筒采用国内目前最先进的施工技术和混合作业施工法 ,采用立井机械化配套 ,即采用大绞车、大吊桶提升出矸 ,大抓岩机抓岩 ,大段高 (3 0m)整体下行刃脚金属液压模板砌壁 ,6臂伞钻打眼。光面、光底、弱震、弱冲深孔光爆技术 ;改善作业方式 ,实行“混合滚班制”作业和“千分制”计件承包 ,提高正规循环率 ;实行工作面预注浆和壁后注浆 ,有效控制井筒涌水 ;实施项目法管理 。
