高速钢制作矿用牙轮钻头轴承系统的衬套,普遍存在破裂现象,通过低温淬火和优化工艺参数,韧性大幅度提高,工业试验的破裂率由传统的90%~96%下降到7%~13%,钻头穿孔米道提高了17%。
The fracture phenomenon generally occurs in the bushing mall from high speed tool steel on the beating system of blast hole rock bits. There is a big increase in toughness through low temperature quenching and optimum seeking parameter, the industry test shows that the rate of fracture will be reduced from 90%-96% to 7%-13% and drilling meters increased by 17%.
