认为国有企业改革的最大困扰是产权不清和政企不分 ,而现代企业制度可以使国有企业的财产关系在法律规范下得到明确界定 ,从公司产权制度。
This article gives a brief introduction to the history and results obtained in the technical upgrading in large sized coal mines since 1949 when the People's Republic was founded. The article holds that under the context of economic globalization, environmental protection, work safety and improving strength of enterprises, intensified technical upgrading of large sized coal mines is called for. The article discusses the main points of technical upgrading in seven aspects such as underground coal mining, coal mine safety, clean coal technology, comprehensive utilization of coal, open pit coal mining and transformation of coal mining areas.
