摘要
介绍了旋转锥形磨料射流的调制方法以及利用其进行钻孔的试验系统 ,分析了旋转锥形磨料射流钻孔的机理 ,研究了加旋元件结构参数以及射流参数对钻孔性能的影响关系 .结果表明 :用旋转锥形磨料射流在普氏硬度 f≈ 4的硬煤试块上进行钻孔 ,可以在喷头不旋转的情况下钻出深孔 ,其直径比喷嘴孔径大 2 0~ 30倍 ,具有较好的钻孔性能 .
The production method and the drilling test system of the swiveling conic abrasive jet (SCAJ) are introduced. The drilling mechanism of the SCAJ are analyzed. Through experiment, the effects of the screw structure and the jet parameters on drilling performance are studied. The results indicated that in the case of nozzle non rotation SCAJ can drill a deep hole on coal block which Polodyakonov coefficient f is about 4, and that the diameter of the hole is 20~30 times the size of the nozzle exit diameter. So the SCAJ has a good drilling performance.
