摘要
介绍了悬浮法合成硫酸铅的新工艺,并对影响产品质量的各种因素进行了探讨.该法来用了冰乙酸作催化剂,在水介质中加入氧化铅,再滴加一定量的浓硫酸来合成硫酸铅.实验最佳条件为:硫酸浓度为 94.5%,催化剂用量为 0.07 L/kg,加酸速度为 1— 1.2 g/min,氧化铅颗粒粒度为 180— 200目, pH值为 4— 5,干燥蒸汽压力为 0.45 Pa.与传统工艺相比较,本工艺具有生产周期短,洗涤废水后处理量少,安全操作性好,产品成本低等特点。
The paper presents a new synthetic method of lead sulfate called suspension and discusses the factors affecting the quality of lead sulfate products. This method involves using the glacial acetic acid as a catalyst, adding the litharge in aqueous medium and adding a quantity of oil of vitriol to yield lead sulfate. The paper suggests that the best conditions of syntheses are: the concentration of vitriol of 94.5%, the dosage of catalyst of 0.07 L/kg, the rate of acid addition of 1 - 1.2 g/min, the granular degree of litharge of 180 - 200 mesh, PH4 ~ 5, and the pressure of drying steam of 0.45 Pa. Compared with old technology, the advantage of this method is a shorter period of production and less handling of washing waste water and more safety and lower production costs.
