摘要
在总结哺乳动物胚胎细胞和体细胞核移植研究进展的基础上 ,分析了克隆技术实用化趋势 ,指出提高克隆效率使之实用化需解决的技术难点。进一步提出克隆技术应用于畜牧业存在的正反两方面效应 ,对待克隆技术的进一步发展 。
WT5”BZ]This paper reviews the progress in the research of the nuclear transfer of the embryo cell and somatic cell on mammals.The tendency of realization of cloning be analyzed,and point out the technological difficulty to promote the effect of the cloning.The cloning technology have positive and negative effect to animal production.Expectation and apprehension would been taken into account to the further development of cloning.
