摘要
收集了武汉市牛奶公司八一奶牛场和武昌奶牛场的 1995~ 1999年的产奶量数据 ,在进行 30 5d产奶量校正后 ,采用动物模型BLUP原理和相应的计算机软件 (PEST)对数据进行了统计分析。在模型中考虑的效应包括牛场、年度、季节、胎次、个体的育种值等 ,其中每年的季节是根据武汉市的特点 ,划分为 3个阶段。计算得出了武汉市近年所用的荷斯坦种公牛的育种值 。
The milk yield records of Holstein cows on the Bayi and Wuchang dairy farms from 1995 to 1999 in Wuhan were collected and adjusted to standard lactation length of 305 days. One year was divided into three seasons considering the special climatic characteristics of Wuhan. The effects of farm, year, season, lactation order and indivadual breeding value on these records were statistically investigated at the same time by an animal model. Best linear unbiased predication values of bulls were calculated using PEST computer software system, and bulls were ranked according to their BLUP values.
