摘要
试验采用白魔芋和花魔芋的根茎、块茎及种子为外植体 ,以MS基本培养基为基础 ,在不同激素水平的诱导培养基和分化培养基上进行培养。试验结果显示 ,BA和NAA适宜于魔芋离体培养 ,不同外植体的再生能力存在一定差异。魔芋愈伤组织增殖培养过程中易形成拟块茎 ,它有可能作为繁殖器官而直接用做种芋。在
Segments from stem root, stem tuber and seed of A. albus and A. konjac were cultured on MS medium supplemented with various combinations of BA, NAA and KT in different concentrations. The results showed that BA and NAA favored the development of Amor phophallus in vitro . There were variances in sprout regeneration capability among different explants. The analogous tubers initiated from the callus of the segments could be used as seed tubers for commercial production. The browning of the segments during culture could be inhibited through excising segments in 1% citric acid solution.
