摘要
利用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术 ,对 12个玉米自交系子粒清蛋白进行分析 ,结果共分离出 2 4条谱带 ,其中公共谱带 4条 ,占 16 7% ,多态性谱带 2 0条 ,占 83 3% ,平均每个自交系分离出 1 7条多态性谱带。通过电泳谱带进行聚类 ,可将 12个自交系分为 4大类 :第Ⅰ类为 478、8112、冀 815和冀 5 3;第Ⅱ类为黄早 4、5 0 2、冀 35、京 40 4、815 15和 5 2 10 6 ;第Ⅲ类为丹 34 0 ;第Ⅳ类为Mo17。聚类结果与已知系谱来源基本吻合 。
Electrophoretic analysis was made on the seed albumins of 12 maize inbred lines by improved polyacryamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE)techniques.24 electrophoretic bands consisting of 4 common bands (16.7%)and 20 polymorphic bands(83.3%)were exhibited.On average,1.7 polymorphic bands could be detected from one maize inbred line.12 inbred lines could be clustered and classified into four groups based on electrophoretic bands.Group I includes Huangzao4,502,Ji35,Jing404,81515 and 52106.Group Ⅱ comprises 478,8112,Ji815 and Ji53.Dan340 belongs to group Ⅲ and Mo17 is in group Ⅳ.The four groups by cluster analysis with PAGE conform to the pedigree method.The results of study indicated that it is practical to group maize inbred lines with PAGE techniques.
