玉米茎腐病接种方法的研究

Study on Inoculated Methods of Corn Stalk Rot

本文利用黑龙江省玉米茎腐病的两种主要致病菌腐霉菌 (Pythiumspp .)和镰刀菌 (Fusariumspp) ,分别用土埋伤根法和茎基注射法进行接种效果方法研究。试验结果显示两种病原菌致病效果没有显著差异 ,两种接种方法差异不显著 ;两种调查方法 :全株调查与剖茎调查计算病情指数没有显著差异 。

Two species of main pathogen Pythium Spp.and Fusarium SPP.of corn stalk rot in Heilongjiang province and two inoculated methods(burying in soil and injecting in stalk)were studied,it showed that there were no remarkable difference between the two pathogens and between the two methods of inoculation.Two surveyed methods (Looked al all plant and disscted stalk)are not different,whereas comparison of two surveyed methods and contrast are notable different.
