甘蓝型隐性核不育杂交油菜制种中父本和可育株花粉授精竞争力的研究

摘要 用花时指示性状作父本 ,隐性核不育系 16 0 1A(圆叶 )作母本。父母本行比为 1∶ 10 ,在花期不拔除可育株让其父本和母本中可育株花粉对其不育株自由授粉 ,其父本花蕾总数占该群体可育株花蕾总数的 17.3%的情况下 ,父本花粉授精竞争能力较强 ,不育株所结种子花叶株率达 34.94% ,父本花粉授精竞争力为 1.0 2。其中 ,靠近父本的不育株所结种子花叶株率达 80 % ,竞争力达 3.6 3。母本可育株花蕾虽占总花蕾的 82 .7% ,但不育株所结种子中圆叶株率略只占 6 5 % ,其母本中的可育株花粉授精竞争力为 - 0 .2 7。而且即使母本中的的可育株所结的种子 ,在靠近父本的数行中 ,其父本花粉的竞争力仍为正值 。 With flower leaf variety as male parent, recessive GMS as femalepasent, planting one line of male plant and planting ten lines of female plants, In flower time, don't eliminate out fertile plants, and make the free pollination for the sterile plants in the female.While the number of flower buds of male parent accounts for 17.3% in total flower bud of the fertile plant, the insemination competitive ability of the pollen of the male is stronger, the pencentage is 34.94% of the flower leaf plant of the seed in the sterile plants. The pollen insemination competitive ability is 1.02. The flower leaf plant rate is 80% of the seed in the sterile plant near the male parentand the competitive ability is 3.63. Though the flower buds come to 82.7% of the fertile plant of the female in total flower buds, but the round leaf plant rate is 65% of the seed in the sterile plant. The insemination competitive ability is -0.27 for the pollen of the fertile plant in the female. Even if the seed of the fertile plant in the female, the competitive ability is still positive value in several lines near the male, it is stronger than the fertile plant in competitive ability.
