摘要
以中国樱桃抗病毒优系 39号试管苗为试材 ,进行了在培养基中滴加碳素墨水促根的试验。结果表明 :不同蔗糖浓度、不同IBA浓度条件下碳素墨水皆有十分明显的促根作用。最佳组合为 1 /2MS +IBA0 .2~ 0 .7mg·L- 1+蔗糖 1 % ,每 4 0~ 50mg培养基中滴加 1滴碳素墨水 (约 0 .0 4ml)。
Experiments with micropropagated shoots of a virus-resistant cherry strain (the Chinese Cherry 39 bred by Shandong Institute of Pomology) showed that carbon ink combined with other growth regulators at different concentrations had significant effectiveness to rooting, with the optimal combination being the 1/2 MS at 40~50 ml supplemented with 0.2~0.7 mg·L -1 IBA,10g·L -1 sucrose, and one drip of carbon ink (about 0.04ml).
