本文对林木良种在林业建设中的地位和作用进行了评述 ,介绍了世界林业发达国家重视推广使用林木良种、我国的林木良种繁育和基地建设的发展状况 ,找出了我国林木良种使用上存在的主要问题 。

The place and role of elite seed in forest construction were reviewed. Achievements in application and dissemination of the elite seed in abroad developed countries, situations of the elite breeding and base construction and main questions in our country were presented. Some measures for accelerating the course of cultivating fine-quality seedlings were proposed.
