A detailed analysis was made about the influence of natural forest conservation program on forest industry enterprises. According to productive situations of Baishishan Forest Bureau, some appropriate countermeasures were presented as follows: classification management practices of forests should be adopted; main management objectives should be changed; staff and workers should be transformed to new posts; supervisory work of forest resources and forest lands should be strengthened and necessary policy guarantee should be provided.
