摘要
用 6 .92 8C· kg- 1和 9.6 99C· kg- 1 6 0 Coγ射线照射协青早保持系干种子 ,在 M2 群体获得 3种类型的高秆隐性突变体 ,分别记为协青早 e B(1)、协青早 e B(2 )和协青早 e B(3)。用协青早 e B(2 )与协青早 A杂交、回交 ,继而转育成长穗颈不育系协青早 e A(2 )。协青早 e A(2 )比协青早 A具有穗颈伸出度增加 (+ 2 .5 5 cm*) ,颖花增长(+ 0 .5 8cm*) ,颖花长宽比增大 (+ 0 .18) ,柱头外露率提高 (+ 3.91个百分点 ) 。
Dried seeds of Xieqingzao maintainer lines (B lines) were treated with γ rays of 60 Co at the dosage of 6 928 C·kg -1 and 9 699 C·kg -1 respectively,three types of recessive tall mutants were obtained from M 2 population,which were named as Xieqingzao eB(1),Xieqingzao eB(2) and Xieqingzao eB(3) respectively.Xieqinzao eA(2) lines were bred from the cross of Xieqinzao eB(2) with Xieqingzao A and backcross with Xieqingzao eB(2) successfully.Compared with Xieqingzao A lines,Xieqingzao eA(2) lines had elongated panicle exsertion(+2 55 cm ) and spikelet length(+0 58 cm ),higher spiketlet length\|width ratio(+0 18) and exserted stigma rate(+3 91percentage),more sensitive to GA 3.
