摘要
对太阳菇及姬松茸菌株进行常规的栽培试验 ,发现太阳菇菌丝生长及子实体发育与姬松茸存在一定的差异 ,太阳菇在形态上与姬松茸也存在差别 ;太阳菇氨基酸总量及必需氨基酸含量均比姬松茸高。经酯酶同工酶(RAGE)分析 ,太阳菇的 RAGE与姬松茸存在差异 ,有一条特征酶带 (Rf 0 .92 )
The results of cultivation experiment showed that some differences existed in mycelial growth and fruitbody development.The morphological variation was also found between Agaricus sylvaticus and Agaricus blazei by their cultivation. Total amino acids content and essential amino acids content of Agaricus sylvaticus were higher than those of Agaricus blazei .By RAGE analysis, esterase isozyme zymogram of Agaricus sylvaticus differed from Agaricus blazei with an extra zymogram(Rf 0 92).
