摘要
采用随机扩增多态性 DNA( RAPD)技术对倭竹族 ( Shibataeeae Nakai emend keng f.)中 8属 ,即 :倭竹属 Shibataea、刚竹属 Phyllostachys、业平竹属 Semiarundinaria,短穗竹属Brachystachyum,大节竹属 Indosasa,唐竹属 Sinobambusa,方竹属 Chimonobambusa,筇竹属Qiongzhuea中的 16种进行了分析。选用 2 0个 10碱基随机引物扩增结果 ,计算属间遗传相似系统 ,建立 UPGMA聚类图。分析结果表明 :1大节竹属和唐竹属 ,方竹属和筇竹属关系密切 ,这一结果与形态学研究结果一致 ;2业平竹属和短穗竹属关系较密切 ;3在倭竹族内基于形态研究结果建立刚竹亚族 Phyllostachydinae Keng f.和倭竹亚族 Shibataeinae或唐竹亚族 Sinobambusinae Z.P.Wang和倭竹亚族 Shibataeinae Soderstrom & Ellis的观点没有得到 RAPD分析的支持。
WT5BZ]Sixteen species from eight genera of Shibataeeae Nakai emend Keng f. were analyzed using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers. Twenty decanucleotide primers of arbitrary sequences were selected for DNA amplification. By popgen 32 program, Nei's genetic similarity coefficients were generated and dendrogram was constructed using UPGMA. The result shows that: (1) Indosasa is closely related to Sinobambusa, and Chimonobambusa also close to Qiongzhuea. The results were in consistence with that of the analysis of morphology. (2) Semiarundinaria and Brachystachyum had closer relationship. (3)It is unreasonable to establish the subtribe Phyllostachydinae keng f. and Subtribe Shibataeinae or Subtribe Sinobambusinae Z.P. Wang and Subtribe Shibataeinae Soderstrom & Ellis in Tribe Shibataeeae Nakai emend Keng f..
