广东国际大厦无粘结预应力楼板的应力工程测试

摘要 广州市的63层广东国际大厦,楼板采用无粘结预应力楼板。本文介绍了无粘结预应力楼板预应力现场测试的方法和结果。现场实测采用钢弦式钢筋应力计。结果表明,尽管作为无粘结钢丝束固定端的梁刚度很大,预应力的效果仍然十分理想。结果还明显地反映出施工过程和不均匀堆载的影响。 Unboned Post-tensioned concrete floor is used in the 63-story Guangdong International Mansion in Guangzhou. This paper introduces the fieldtesting method and the magnitude of prestress in the concrete floor. The string wire stress gauges were used in the field service. The results show that the effect of prestressing force is rather ideal, though the rigidity of beams, in which the tendons are anchored, is great. The results also display the influence of the construction process and the non-uniform loading obviously.
