双齿轮五杆机构连杆瞬心线及其函数机构的研究

摘要 内啮合双齿轮五杆间歇机构中,当两连架杆传动比为1时与驱动齿轮固联的连杆绝对瞬心线有两种形式,两者都与输出齿轮节圆有近似吻合段,并分别对应两种结构的双齿轮五杆间歇机构,这两种结构的机构停歇特性相近.将此类间歇机构的连杆绝对瞬心线制作成图谱,可以用作调节机构间歇输出特性,并可用它来综合等角速度输出机构.根据连杆绝对瞬心线与输出齿轮节圆的相对关系还可将最优化综合各类齿轮连杆函数机构的目标函数写成统一的形式. In internal two-geared five bar intermittent mechanisms, if the angular -velocity ratio of two side links equals one, the fixed centrode of coup-ler link which is fixed on driving gear have two types.In either type ,the centrode is approximate to a section of the pitch circle of output gear ,and correspond to one of two different structure mechanisms which have app-roximate intermittent properties.Centrode atlas of this kind of intermitt-ent mechanisms can be used to adjust their intermittent properties and to synthesise the equivalent angular velocity mechanisms.According to the relative position of centrode and the pitch circle of output gear ,goal fu-nction for optimal synthesis of all kinds of gear-bar function generator mechanisms can be expressed in a universal form.
