黑龙江省拥有丰富的药材资源 ,并且具有一定的开发基础。但要使其成为全省新的经济增长点和支柱产业 ,必须制定合理的开发战略 ,并实施北药产业化经营。

On the basis of analysing the superiority and problem in north medicinal materials,we advance that it must be worked out the development strategy and carried out industrialization management in order to make north medicinal materials into new point of economy increase in Heilongjiang province.
