离心式冷水机组数学模型及实测验证

A Mathematical Model of Centrifugal Water-Cooling Chiller and Its Testing Validation

摘要 本文对目前国内大量生产的采用R11和R12制冷剂、低螺纹肋壳管式换热器的离心式冷水机组的性能做了数学模拟研究,编制了计算机模拟程序,并以FLZ-1000A型冷水机组的试验数据与模拟结果进行对比,各项性能指标比较吻合。利用这一数学模型可对影响冷水机组性能的因素进行分析、对换热器主要结构参数作优化设计,又可用于全年能耗分析。 A simulation study on the performance of centrifugal water-cooling chiller with low-fin shell-and-tube heat exchanger using R11 and R12 as refrigerant, made recently in our conntry in large amounts, is described and a computer program is introduced in this paper. Comparing the simulation results with testing data of centrifugal water-cooling chiller type FLZ-1000A, it is evident that established mathematical model is reliable and valid. Maximum relative deviation is 5.5%.By utilizing the mathematical model, it is able to analyze the factors of governing the performance of the water-cooling chiller, to make optimization design of the heat exchanger's main constructural parameters and to analyze the year-round energy consumption also.
