摘要
前瞻性研究氩绿激光对黄斑玻璃膜疣和视功能的影响。方法 :黄斑部有软性玻璃膜疣者 2 2人 (35眼 ) ,最佳矫正视力≥ 0 .8,随机分为激光组和对照组 ,其中激光眼 (共 10眼 )使用氩绿激光“C”型光凝后极部 ,包括直接光凝玻璃膜疣。两组随诊矫正视力、彩色眼底像、眼底荧光造影 (FFA)和视觉诱发电位(VEP) ,观察玻璃膜疣和视功能的改变。结果 :激光前后 ,激光组与对照组 ,均无新生血管生成 ,视力和 VEP无显著变化 ,激光眼 4/ 10可见玻璃膜疣数目减少 ,未激光眼未发现玻璃膜疣数目明显减少。结论 :氩绿激光“C”型光凝后极部 ,包括直接光凝玻璃膜疣处 ,可以促进玻璃膜疣吸收 ,未破坏黄斑功能。
Objective: To study the influences of argon green laser on the drusen in age-related macular degeneration and the changes in macular functions after laser treatment. Methods: Prospectively, 22 persons (35 eyes) with soft drusen and with good visual acuity (≥0.8) were observed. Ten eyes were treated with argon green laser coagulation ('C' type). They were placed on the drusen and scattered over areas where no drusen was present. Fluorescein angiography and pattern visual evoked potential (VEP) were performed at study entry as well as after 3, 6 and 9 months. Results: No significant changes in visual acuity and VEP existed. No new vessels appeared. In the treated eyes (l0 eyes), 4/10 eyes were found that drusen area decreased. No changes were found in untreated eyes. Conclusions: This kind of laser method did not destroy macular function. After laser, drusen has the possibility to decrease.
