珊瑚姜霜防止日本血吸虫尾蚴感染的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON USING ZINGIBER CORALLINUM HANCE FROST TO PREVENT INFECTION FROM SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM CERCARIA

目的 观察珊瑚姜霜阻止日本血吸虫尾蚴侵入皮肤的效果。方法 在小鼠裸腹上涂不同浓度珊瑚姜霜后 ,先在泥水中爬 8h模拟下水作业 ,然后再经腹部感染日本血吸虫尾蚴 ,35 d后剖杀 ,用灌注法加撕碎法查找成虫 ,计算减虫率。结果 5 %珊瑚姜霜减虫率为 91% ,与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。

Objective To observe the effect of [WT5”BX]Zingiber corallinum Hance frost preventing skin invasion from Schistosoma japoincum cercaria.Methods After spreading some Zingiber Corallinum Hance frost of different concentration on the mice's naked belly, first let them crawl in the mud for 8 hours simulating the underwater operation, then they were infected withschistosoma japonicum cercariae transabdominally. Killing after 35 days and using perfusion and laceration, the adults were seeked and worm reduction rate was calculated Results The worm reduction rate in 5%Zingiber corallinum Hance frost was 91%. There was significant difference with the control group (<0.01). ConclusionZingiber corallinum Hance is a kind of Chinese herbal medicine which can prevent infection from schistosoma cercaria.
