何首乌毛状根培养及大黄酚的含量测定

目的 测定何首乌毛状根中大黄酚的含量。方法 用发根农杆菌 Ri 15 834菌株感染何首乌茎、叶外植体 ,均可诱导出毛状根 ,并能合成大黄酚 ,采用薄层扫描法测定毛状根中大黄酚。结果 毛状根中大黄酚的含量为0 .0 16 4%。结论 该毛状根具有典型的毛状根形态特征 ,大黄酚含量低于何首乌药材。
