摘要
目的依据辣椒素 (CAP)镇痛机理 ,研究CAP急性脱敏效应治疗三叉神经痛。方法把CAP配成 30mM浓度溶液备用 ,按用药量分成四组 (A组 2 0 μl、B组 30 μl、C组 50 μl和D组 1 0 0 μl) ,分别皮下注射处理大鼠三叉神经的眶下支作脱敏实验。采用“热痛测试仪”测量不同用药量在不同时间的痛阈变化 ,并观察大鼠行为变化。结果A组达到急性脱敏时间为 72 -1 2 0小时、B组 1 2 -2 4小时、C组 8-1 2小时、D组 2 -4小时。脱敏后各组维持用药间隔时间分别为 2 4、4 8、72、96小时。达到用药总量 ( 50mg/Kg)后 ,各组痛阈恢复速率无显著性差异。 结论辣椒素皮下注射处理大鼠三叉神经的眶下支 。
Objective According to analgesic mechanism of the capsicin(CAP),to research its acute desensitizing(analgesic) effect on prosopalgia.Methed A 30mM solution of capsicin was prepared for subcutaneous injection at infraorbital region to infiltrate trigeminal nerve branch.The volume of solution injected at a time for each rat was 20μl(group A),30μl(group B),50μl(group C)and 100μl (group D) respectively.Using“Heat pain checker”to measure pain threshold in the different time,and to observe the changes of rat’s behavior.Results The time spending to obtaining desencitization for each group was as follows:group A—72-120 hrs,B—12-24 hrs,C—8-12 hrs and D—2-4hrs.When the desencitization was derived,a maintence administration of CAP was made with an interval of 24,48,72 and 96 hrs for group A,B,C and D respectively,and it should be carry on until the total dosage was equal to 50mg/kg.It showed that there was not notable difference among the recovering rate of all groups(X 0.122 of each group).Conclusion CAP infiltration at infraorbital region in rat can produce strong analgesic effect.
